Service delivery models

Provided that the four key innovations were being delivered, the professionals delivering the model and the timing and structure of follow-up were not prescribed in JIGSAW(-E). This has facilitated organisations to engage when they may not have had capacity to do so, in the event of a more prescribed service model. It has, however, resulted in great heterogeneity internationally in the professionals providing initial contact and follow-up.
